Victor is from San Francisco, California and graduated from ARISE in 2012. After playing in a heavy metal band in the Bay Area for seven years, he gave his life to Christ and has since been devoted to pursuing a career in ministry. He is a Deacon and Young Adult leader and full-time Bible worker at his church in San Francisco. He enjoys reading, writing, the outdoors, and his guitar.
